When I found myself at a dead end with western medicine, I sought Yoga to help rehabilitatea severe back injury in 2009. My life has never been the same since. Through the practices of asana, kriya, meditation and mantra, I was able to not only manage my physical pain, but also change the trajectory of my life to one more in alignment with my joy. In 2013, I traveled to the Sattva Center in India where I received my 200 hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Certification in Sattva Yoga under Anand Mehrotra. Through my experiences with Sattva Yoga I have discovered deeper healing and a profound, all encompassing love for life.
I am passionate about sharing the teachings and practices of Sattva Yoga in an
authentic, accessible and light-hearted fashion, and learning as much as I can as I go.
