EMBRACING THE MOTHER WITHIN retreat, led by Siddhi and Annemarie, is an intimate retreat designed to find within ourselves the healing of our relationship with our mother and foremothers. Our mother/foremothers live in every cell of our being, their pain, suffering, as well as their joy and bliss. For our own well-being and that of future generations it is vital to face and move through any unresolved issues we are holding in our body and sub consciousness so we can fully come into our own authentic self. Working with the transformational practices of Sattva Himalayan Kundalini yoga, pranayama, meditation, nature ceremonies & ritual to honor the divine feminine and visits to Goddess temples-our intention is to create an internal experience in which the "not yet integrated" parts of our relating with our mother/foremothers are being seen, felt, embraced and have the opportunity to get integrated. The past will have no longer any disturbing impact on our present, the way we relate to ourselves, and the world around us. Our past is to become our history.
