The 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh is for those who are willing to fully immerse themselves into the teachings of yoga of the Himalayan Yogic Tradition with a commitment to learning the principles and technology through the integrated approach. In this training, students have the option to take two full trainings back-to-back the 200 hour and 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training. There is a short break in between the courses to allow the students to experience, teach and have time for self-study and practice. During this break, students have the option to stay at Sattva Retreat with reduced prices for accommodation and food. The break is very relevant and important to allow the students to ground the knowledge shared in the 200 hour course and prepare themselves for the 300 hour yoga course.
Students will also have the opportunity to practice and teach to refine their understand and knowledge, and have access to the community while they are here. If there are any other events happening, they will have the possibility to attend at a discounted price.

You will have some afternoon time free and one day in a week will be off. On that day the above schedule will be followed until 10:30 am and then plan the rest of the day on your own. A sacred pilgrimage to temples in the lower Himalayas and to the Ma Ganga river may be Included in the program.
