This 2 week program focuses on the intuitive science of Ayurveda. In this program you will learn the foundations of Ayurveda including dosha types, pulse analysis, impacts of food, prakriti, rasa’s and how to make them applicable and relevant in today’s time. You will also learn traditional as well as contemporary pathways to creating harmony in the body through proper dietary choices, healthy PH/alkaline levels and lifestyle modification.
We will discuss the foundations of Sattva Yoga, which includes asana, kriya, pranayama and meditation and how to design them for different needs. Upon completion of this course you will be trained to develop customized yoga, diet and wellbeing programs based on what your clients need to impact subtler levels of healing within the body. This is a great course for anyone interested in ayurveda better and also for yoga teachers who want to offer something more to their community.
